There's nothing as reviving as a cup of strong coffee with sweets and a new puzzle game to look forward to on a gloom autumn day. Tetris and lines clones are handy, but what about another variation on the brick disappearing game? Astral Arrows is a free tile-based puzzle.

Astral Arrows is a new challenge for you. Unlike other tile-based games, where you have to group several tiles of the same color or pattern to make them disappear and clear the playfield for new tiles, the tiles don't fall down when the empty space appears but instead have to be moved by the player. The arrows on the tiles indicate which way they can be moved. A group of two or more tiles disappears. The goal of the game is to get as much tiles to disappear as you can. The game stops when there's no more place for new tiles.

Astral Arrows is highly addictive and has a reasonably attractive interface. Download it now and check it out yourself.

There is a field – 6x6 cells. Each field can be empty or contain a colored brick wiyh arrow on it. Arrow direction depends on the bricks color (or vice-versa). You can manipulate these bricks: click on the brick to move it accordingly to it's arrow direction. Groups of two or more bricks having the same color dissapear, but each turn some new bricks come to the field. Destroy bricks to earn points. The goal is to earn as much points as you can. The game ends when there are no empty cells left on the field so it's impossible to place incoming bricks on it.
