Game Overview

Times are rapidly changing and old heroes are receding into the background. Peter Parker is still able to defend his hometown, but he is already raising his successor in the superhero action-adventure film Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Heroes Among the Crowd

When Miles Morales' father dies in a terrorist attack while saving people - he begins to believe in heroes. The mother, Rio Morales, could no longer be in the city that took her husband and moves with her son to New York City. By pure chance, Miles meets Peter Parker, who places the teenager in the F.E.A.S.T. - an organization that has played a major role in the new hero's rise to stardom.

Harm for Good

New York City met the incomplete Morales family with new problems. Roxxon Energy Corporation, an energy corporation, wants to build a dangerous radioactive reactor in their neighborhood. Rio Morales is pitching into politics and is about to become the voice of the people. Spider-Man is at war with a high-tech organization, the Underground, while Miles is just trying to get used to the new city. They don't give him much time, as a dangerous radioactive spider bites Miles and gives him superpowers.

With great power comes other people's responsibility

Peter Parker hasn't retired and continues to protect New York City, but even heroes need a vacation. City life is now under the protection of Peter's new spider and apprentice, Miles Morales. However, Miles only realized the full extent of the hero's job when faced with a real threat in the form of the sinister plans of the Roxxon Energy Corporation.

New Abilities and Winter New York

The gameplay is pretty much the same as Marvel's Spider-Man. Miles replaces Peter Parker and gets involved in new city problems or the petty work of the usual lifeguards. However, the spider that bites Miles adds new abilities to the new Spider-Man:

Bioelectricity

While invisibility is clear, bioelectricity enhances Miles' attacks and helps solve the city's puzzles a bit.

The new game builds a bridge to a new generation of video games by showcasing the capabilities of the Playstation 5 console. The voluminous light of neon signs, detailed reflections and detailed environments bring the player into the atmosphere of Christmas New York City and clearly demonstrate the capabilities of the new console.
