The main object of the game, as you might have guessed, is the school. It is the construction of this building that will be your first step into the profession of school superintendent. A huge selection of facilities and specialized classes can increase the attendance and prestige of the institution. However, you don't have to make the best school. Do you want an increase in crime and students running to the bathroom in the bushes? Build a school that makes savages out of kids-it's all in your hands.

Watching other people's kids is a job

Once the school year begins, in addition to setting up, your responsibilities will include supervising the staff and students at the school. If students miss something, or get tired of running to the bushes to meet needs, they will likely leave the facility soon. You could lose all the students and the title of school in principle that way, so try to increase student motivation by building good conditions to make up for their scales of hygiene, nutrition, discipline, and so on.

Teachers are pillars of education

Teachers are a school's most valuable resource. By hiring the best teachers you raise the prestige of the institution, but putting 100 students in one teacher's class is not going to be successful. All teachers are divided by subject and category. Some teachers may teach a subject other than their own, but the effectiveness of their teaching is much lower. Choose teachers in one discipline:

• Math
• Science
• Art
• History
• Physical Education

Compare subject teachers with each other and keep your category in mind before choosing the perfect candidates. Like students, and all people in principle, teachers need to meet their minimum needs, and if conditions are bad, teachers leave faster than students. You can even regulate the janitorial staff. If you're not happy with how the cleaning goes, you can just make up your own way and the staff will follow it.
