Game Overview
A continuation of the original story, enhanced units, and a whole new set of generals await the player in the real-time strategy add-on, Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour. Stop the worldwide terrorist threat or help defend it by leading the generals of three members of the same war.
It's all the terrorists' fault
The terrorist organization Global Liberating Army carried out a terrorist attack in the Chinese capital Beijing. This was followed by a military invasion of Chinese territory, which was repelled. The terrorists do not give up and seize the Baikonur Cosmodrome, firing on U.S. and European military bases from there. Because of these actions, the U.S. enters into a military clash. Thus begins the war between the three world pillars.
There won't be a second bombing
The plot of the supplement begins with the final mission of the U.S. Army. Intelligence reports on the preparation of another nuclear warhead that will head for the U.S. capital. The U.S. army rushes to eliminate the threat. At the same time, Chinese troops repel an attack on the Atomic Reactor and attempt to quell terrorist threats from the Global Liberating Army.
New Faces and New Features
As in Command & Conquer: Generals, you will have to play with three armies, each of which has certain advantages and disadvantages. Turn disadvantages into weapons, form a successful strategy, train new units - the player's tasks in Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour. Choose a side:
- The high-tech army of the United States of America
- A terrorist organization with mobile units and no base
- Numerous armies of the Republic of China
With the new addition it is now possible to create individual small units that fight in hot spots much more successfully than a huge army. Generals have been added, bringing with them several additional units and a unique combat system. Each faction has three special generals.
The addition has brought a more expansive look at story events and variety in gameplay. The choice of factions is no longer limited to one general, and maps can be created by the player.
