Cuphead

Betting on your soul is not a good idea, but no one told that to the two fidgety platformers of Cuphead. Fulfill your contract so you don't lose your soul and fight the tough bosses of the Cuphead universe.

A wager for a lifetime

More than once gambling has pushed people to do the most terrible things. The two naive brothers Mugman and Cuphead were just as badly affected. It seems that the brothers were very lucky in the game of dice, because before their final bet appears the Devil himself in the flesh. The Devil offers the brothers a deal. The Devil will give the whole casino to the brothers if they win, but takes the souls if they lose. Cuphead agrees, but the dice show snake eyes, which means total loss.

Elixir of Spiritual Power

However, the brothers did not want to part with their souls so easily. The devil offered them a second deal. Mugman and Cuphead must collect the souls of all the debtors, in exchange for their own. However, the debtors are not ordinary citizens, and they are not going to give up their souls without a fight. Elder Kettel, the village elder who watched over the brothers, gives them an elixir to drink, which helps the brothers use their superpowers:

• Finger-shooting - Caphead's or Magman's spiritual energy is converted into bullets to destroy enemies
• Plane - Brothers will need transportation to pass some levels. The plane still shoots spiritual bullets, but at a certain point, one of the brothers can turn into a mini version of the plane and attack the enemy

Jumping and jerking - the elixir seems to improve physical abilities as well, which is why the brothers can once again jump and accelerate with unusual speed

Decisive battles

The abilities of the opponents outnumber the two unlucky players many times over. It is this division that has made Cuphead quite difficult to pass. The last two bosses that are the most difficult to pass are Mr. King Dice and the Devil. That said, the battle with the Devil decides the ending of the game. There are two endings: a bad ending and a good ending.
