Disney's Tarzan is a good action-platformer, where the player becomes Tarzan and travels through the jungle, fighting aggressive animals and growing up in parallel. After Tarzan becomes an adult, he will have to protect his relatives from bad people with guns, who came with their own rules to someone else's home. The game follows the plot of the cartoon that was released in 1999.
What Hides Africa?
The wild jungle is full of dangers. What lurks behind the dense thickets of these forests? Many animals live here: the funny monkey, the wild boar, the graceful jaguar, the slothful sloth, the pretty lemur, the colorful parrot Ara. Africa is the birthplace of Tarzan, a muscular man who grew up with a group of monkeys in the jungle thickets. Tarzan jumps vines, climbs trees, climbs cliffs, rests on branches--that's how Edgar Rice Burroughs came up with the idea in his book.
Set the desired difficulty level and dive into the gameplay. The player controls Tarzan at different ages: a fragile but dexterous child, and a mature man ready for the riskiest situation. The user also gets to play on behalf of two female monkeys - Turk (Tarzan's girlfriend) and Jane (the love of his life).
The character makes his way through the vegetation for 14 levels. The player needs to make it to the end without wasting precious lives. Control options:
- Running left and right.
- Jump directly on an object to smash it (there's bound to be an interesting item inside)
- Throw the fruit you pick up
- Pick up a knife and threaten your opponent
- Pick up an umbrella or a spear to throw
Collect bananas to be healthier. Your health bar will increase if you eat a banana.
Disney's Tarzan is a game about a beloved character that is made with great attention to detail and visuals. The gameplay feels good-naturedly funny at times and is always exciting. Inside the forest, where the player climbs, life boils, you want to return to this distant virtual world again and again. We recommend Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue and Digimon World fans.
