House Flipper

House Flipper is a realistic indie home seller simulation, where the first-person player will earn suitcases of money by reselling properties. Before making a fortune on a successful deal, the player must get the house in order: take out the junk, clean all the walls and floors, remove the trash, and buy beautiful furniture.

Beginning of the journey

The main character is a man who wants to become rich. After a short reflection on what to do, he came to the conclusion that people always need somewhere to live. Therefore, selling real estate is a profitable business. Where to get the initial capital? Where to get the first money to open a business and the first investment? You will have to work as a hired worker. The player will start his career as a handyman:

• Simple plumbing repairs
• Cleaning the grounds surrounding the house
• Installing refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners and other appliances ##

Business is booming

Once you've earned the start-up money, you can start buying a cheap house. Buy a small twenty-five-square-foot shack and turn it into a safe haven that feels good to come back to after a hard day's work. You can set up an office in the little house:

• A place to sleep and rest
• A place to find orders
• A personal achievement - the player has earned his own real estate. These walls will be a reminder of the first victory

The player enters the Internet through a computer and starts searching for orders. The list shows the type of work to be done and the price in dollars. In addition, the Pocket PC sees the personal account (all accumulated money) and the online store. The online store delivers furniture (for the kitchen, bath, living room, and other rooms) and tools of labor (such as a high-pressure pump to help clean up stubborn dirt) for the player. Then decorate your finished house and put it up for sale - buyers won't keep you waiting.

A wish for developers

Players could use the hired help feature to improve productivity. The player would love to put the most boring and dirty work into someone else's hands. Happy for the boss to watch a youngster vacuuming up bugs in the basement or trying to clean up slippery surfaces.
