Radical Rex

Radical Rex is a game I've played back in the middle 90s featuring a skateboarding red Tyrannosaurus Rex. A second player can join in the multi-player mode and make the experience even more fun. The game focuses on Radical Rex, who has to save the world and Rexanne, his girlfriend, from Sethron, an evil magician. You've seen all kinds of superheroes before, but I bet none of them was a dinosaur. When Radical Rex roars, all the enemies on the screen are killed, so the game is not that difficult to play, but is always fun to look back at.

If you are looking for a cute game for all ages, look no further because here it is, Radical Rex. You control a cute little dino named Rex and you must battle your way through levels using your loud growl and fiery breath. Even the enemies have a cartoonish look to them. The game controls quite well, and the levels are unique.

How many games do you know of where you must work your way through a dinosaur's intestines and use stomach acid gas bubbles to carry you to higher levels?!? All in all, this game can be played by people of all ages, male or female.

This is a very cute game for players of all ages! Everybody will enjoy it!

There tends to be a lot of mandatory hits, and at certain points in the game you are a one-hit wonder!

Falling in the stomach acid of the dinosaur! Talk about disgusting!

(Yeah, we know this isn't how dinosaurs really spent their time, but Rex is an action lizard, not an educational lizard.)

Go it alone or take turns with a friend—you'll meet Rex's girl, Rexanne.

However you play it, you're in for an eon of wild prehistoric Adventure.

Hot Hints

1. Frozen enemies come back to life if you don't kick them after roaring.
2. Lose your skateboard? Look for plants to bounce on.
3. Kill Stingerflies before climbing - you can't roar from a rope.
