Splatoon 2

Splatoon 2 is a three-dimensional thrilling third-person shooter where the player will become a humanoid octopus (or squid) and will paint the surfaces of the map with his bright ink at speed while battling the enemy. Join the ranks of one of the two sides competing for supremacy, the Inklings and the Octmollings.

Gameplay

The player spawns in a colorful location. His opponent appears at the opposite end of the map. The goal of each character is to paint as much surface area as possible. At the same time, it is necessary not to get under the enemy's ink, but to spill the enemy himself from head to toe. The player can arm his own character with various weapons. A surface painted by allies is a boon for the protagonist:

• Movement in such an environment is accelerated
• Ink and score increases
• The number of points that are critically needed to win also increases

Variety is achieved through modes. Players have the option to fight for a small piece of the platform for three minutes in "Battle of the Neighborhood." Other modes involve taking over zones, towers, and other locations with their own chips. You can throw yourself into battle with a comrade because friendly chemistry always defeats the corroded spirit of others who have picked up randomly on the Internet.

• Shark Ramp
• Beluga Shipyard
• Mackerel Sanctuary
• Sea Eel Quarter
• Mussel's Gym

Each location is well-stylized and pleasing to the eye.

Innovations

The second part of the game features a new arsenal:

• Two-handed pistols. Since there is no pump and reservoir on the back, the character has more freedom of movement
• Shotguns with a deployable shield. Weapons allow you to play with the defense and get close to the enemy
• Jetpack. This enhancement allows you to stay as mobile as possible
