After Zombies Can't Get Worse

The infected city from Resident Evil 2 left a couple of characters ready to enter hell and back, just to stop the creepy plans of the Umbrella Corporation. Experimenting on humans, creating a zombie virus, killing innocent people are all a small part of the evil corporation's activities. Former policeman Leon Scott Kennedy had to face the consequences of Umbrella's experiments in person. After leaving a city full of zombies, Leon becomes a special agent to deal with the aftermath of the corporation's plans.

The Kidnapping of the President's Daughter

A few years later, Leon is sent on a special operation in a remote Spanish village. According to intelligence information, it is in this village where the kidnapped daughter of the U.S. president, Ashley, is located. However, the conversation with locals did not work out and ended only with a dead farmer and two dead bodies of Leon's colleagues. Soon it became clear - the whole village is in a big sect and they are not going to give Ashley up peacefully.

Kicking saves ammo

The gameplay is quite varied, though built on the standard shooter system. All enemies are parasite-infected crazy mutants and you can't kill them even with a couple of shots. For the first time in the series, a special finishing system was added. After a headshot, the enemy is briefly concussed and this allows Leon to finish him off with a leg kick. The game has a limited amount of ammo, so these methods work just fine.

Useful Obligation

After saving Ashley, another type of gameplay begins. The girl is attached to you and can even be given commands, but she is also one big weak spot. The girl can point out useful things or give good advice, but her combat potential is zero. It's not just yourself that has to defend against monsters.

You can shoot, but be careful

Leon is a special agent, so he owns a variety of weapons. In his inventory and among the farmhouses you can find:

• A submachine gun
• A pistol with a silencer
• A crossbow
• Sniper rifle

All weapons can be upgraded, but ammo for all types is not everywhere.
