Dead Island: Riptide

Dead Island Riptide is a first-person adventure shooter in which players must survive on an island that is crawling with bloodthirsty zombies.

Plot

The action is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a deadly virus is turning people into the living dead. The island of Banoy seemed like the perfect refuge, isolating the new inhabitants from the infection. But during a storm, a ship with an infected crew washes ashore. The islanders move to the nearby island of Palanai, but gradually the zombies move there as well. Your goal is to collect all survivors with immunity to the disease and find a way to leave the infected island.

Gameplay

Originally the developers planned to release several major updates to the original Dead Island project. But in the end the full-fledged game was released, and didn't bring any global innovations. Techland managed to keep everything the gamers from the first part - the island with a variety of flora and fauna, level upgrades, awesome arsenal, and nasty enemies.

Pros:

• Character survival depends on exactly how you allocate skill points
• Cooperative mode for playing with friends
• Enemies' intelligence level increases at the same time as your character's level
• Many ways to explore the world around you

Cons:

• This is a very bloody game with a lot of violence and death
• Although technically the game is well done, there are still some bugs from the first game
